We have a number of options available for lettings agents which can help simlify the management of your portfolio saving time adding and updating property listings. Create a new website:
With the create website option we have developed most of the system which will allow full content management and addition of properties, in many cases it is simply a matter of branding the website to your own image or brief and setting the individual pages. Once complete you will be able to:
- Edit all pages of your website in house
- Add/Edit and Delete both rental and lettings properties
- Set properties as Let / Sale agreed
- Set properties as unavailable
- Upload images for each property
- Search by:
- Price Min / Max
- No of beds
- Postcode
- More detailed search options can be added as required
- Import property listings automatically to www.roomsforlet.co.uk
- Links to your website from roomsforlet results pages and individual property details pages

* If you currently add properties to portals such as Rightmove we may be able to automate this process for you so you only need to administer your own website and post listings to Roomsforlet, Rightmove and others simultaneously.

Upload spreadsheet:
We will provide a spreadsheet in .csv format which can be populated with all property details ready for upload. Image names can be added to the spreadsheet and uploaded separately. Any alterations can be made to the list and uploaded in bulk or managed individually and the amended spreadsheet downloaded for reuse.

Add properties manually:
You can add individually properties manually by starting here (link). Adding properties in this way is more expensive as they are charged for each individual property and are active for a period of between 2 weeks and 3 months. However, it will give an idea of the response you may expect to receive from a more comprehensive package.
