- The relevant fee is payable prior to the activation
of any listings.
- The listing or acount will be de-activated as
soon as the account expires if no renewal payment has been received
- Any advert or listing found with content deemed
to be offensive or malicious will be removed instantly and the
landlord or user account will be de-activated
- Any user or landlord account de-activated due
to offensive material or system abuse will not be re-imbursed
for the remainder of the account period
- Any photographs added to RoomsForLet of abusive
or offensive nature, with content of a sexual nature will be removed
from RoomsForLet and the owner of these images will be banned
from RoomsForLet. If the images are found to be of an extremely
offensive nature legal action may be taken against the owner of
the relevant account
