However, a new study has shown that the majority of self-managing landlords would consider switching to an agent to manage their properties or portfolios.


This is due to the fact an agency would have better better knowledge of the market. The most common reason would be for the agent to assist with repairs meaning less time for the owner/landlord to commit to these tasks.
