-It's very safe. The iron gate is pulled up after 9pm on weekdays and weekends.

🚇 Easy commute. 3 minutes walk to 344 bus stop, 8 minutes walk to Vauxhall station, subway, buses and trains to almost all downtown schools:
-10 minutes by public transportation to KCL Waterloo.
-15 minutes walk to UAL Chelsea.
-15 minutes direct bus to LCC, CAM
-20 minutes subway to CSM,UCL
-30 minutes bus to IC
🥬 Lots of supermarkets. Small tesco express downstairs, 12 mins walk to big tesco, Sainsburys' local, little waitrose and quick and easy csm. Big sainsbury and waitrose around 25 mins walk.

🔒 High security. Surrounded by mostly high class social apartments and hotels, security is guaranteed. Opposite the police station, no problem getting home in the middle of the night.
🍴 There are lots of restaurants (Korean + Chinese), there is a paella nearby 🥘 which is particularly good, and Panda takeaway can be ordered to Chinatown. There is a 24 hour reception desk to collect parcels as well as resolve issues. The maintenance team was quick to report the problem and then came to the door.
🎡 out the door can see the Thames, Big Ben and the London Eye, across the tatebritain. to battersea power station28 minutes. It takes about 18 minutes to get to southbank and waterloo along the river. Walk 2 minutes next to the base studio, the hottest dance studio in London.
