I'm a single 26 year old male with an enthusiastic approach to life.
Looking for somewhere safe to reside semi long term.
I like to stay fit a...nd be outside, socialise, do projects and be creative. Equally as much I like to rest and retreat into a quiet space. Yoga and meditation , regenerative restoration. Painting, drawing are some of things I wish I spent more of my time doing :)
Some diverse hobbies &interests , always have an open mind to new things. Things I naturally gravitate towards doing include cycling, reading , writing, DIY, furniture restoration, repairs, skateboarding etc.
The location of this property is good , close to leisure centres and parks and green spaces, also not far from the centre which is important for me to commute to work in city central.
I work part time as a food delivery rider on weekends . For a company called foodstuff (zero-emmision deliveries only bicycles and independent restaurants)

On a more full time basis:
I work as Labourer, in construction.
Also currently studying on a part time course to broaden my skills into the world of polish plastering.

I want somewhere I can be myself and operate smoothly. A place where if time allows, good conversation is welcome, and space respected etc.

Im a highly domesticated clean and tidy person. Used to cooking and cleaning after myself etc.
Have been responsible for taking all our bins and recycling out for collection over 2 years so no stranger to collecting food waste , rinsing and sorting through recyclables minimizing general (landfill) waste etc. so very much appreciate all that stuff aswell :) & happy to adapt to whichever cleaning responsibilities fall to me to do .
I can hold my end of the bargain ;)
