IA 3 storey house in a quiet road minutes away from Ashley Cross (3 minutes from local bars and restaurants, 4 minute walk to nearest bus stop, 7 minute walk to the Co op and 10 minute walk to Parkstone train station)

We are a friendly household and are looking for a professional and considerate housemate to replace our current one who has taken a job opportunity elsewhere.

The bedroom is a small double bedroom, which will fit in a double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The measurements are 14ftx6.5ft and comes unfurnished. It faces out to the back garden so it is very quiet

We do have a little dog but he is well behaved and friendly.

Bills are not included with the rent as we are letting through an agency.
Bills are usually an extra £145 extra on top of the rent (including council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband)
Council tax is Band D Note:

The security deposit is £548 which is put in to a seperate holding account from the landlord.
