It's a south-facing bedroom so it's nice and bright, with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Good amount of wardrobe space with drawers, too. And a bedside cabinet.
Comes with a big shared living room, kitchen, and dining room. 2 other housemates, both male, both very friendly, and very neat and tidy.
There is a lovely bathroom also on the top floor with a bath and powerful rainfall shower, and a heated towel rail. This bathroom will be just for you and the existing (VERY neat and clean) person who rents the other room on the same floor. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, too.
I can be very flexible with viewing as I work from home. All current housemates are lovely people and all get on very well. This is a very tidy and clean house so you'll need to be neat and tidy yourself - being messy won't be tolerated as it isn't fair on the rest of us so bear that in mind if you want to live here.
There is a large living room on the 1st floor that all lodgers can use, with a big corner sofa, TV, and soundbar.
There is a large garage that you can use for storage, bikes, etc.

This is a newly built (3-year-old) semi-detached home on the beautiful Brampton Park development. The local Co-op is a 3-minute walk away and there's a lovely wooded area at the end of the street. Huntingdon is only a 5-minute drive away.
Looking preferably for professionals who are clean, neat, and tidy. All lodgers will be responsible for keeping their rooms and bathrooms clean. No smokers, please. 100% no smoking in the house, but I don’t want smoking in the garden or on the driveway, either - sorry!
