Private floor, with bathroom, kitchen and rooms.

Are you looking for a huge flat of your own with 2 rooms, kitchen and that is only 6 minutes to the inner city ? Then this is the place for you!

I have a 3 storey house, where I myself live on the ground floor. I have 2 more floors available, each floor maximum 1 female lodger, why female? Because my girlfriend will be living here when I am around travelling.

• Every floor has atleast 3 rooms, so you will have your own living room and bedroom.
• On your floor you will have your own kitchen, fridge, induction cooking plate etc. ( so to be clear, there is no shared kitchen this is completely yours to use )
• Every floor has its own bathroom so this is “exclusive” for your use. On the groundfloor where I stay, I only have a toilet, so I will use either bathroom depending only for showering.
• The bills exclude gas, electricity, water. This will be split monthly between all 3 floors.
• The price also includes a bi-weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. If you want I can also request the cleaner to clean your rooms if you want. She is my stepmother so a trusted person :)
• I am preferably looking for professionals who are looking for privacy.
• The places come unfurnished, because I can imagine that you would like to put your own stamp on your place. However, if you want, I am also able to furnish the place with the basics such as a double bed, desk, and cupboard, free of charge.
House rules:
1. You are allowed a single guest 2 days a week as long as you respect the others in the house in terms of noise. “ Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you. “
If you would like multiple people to come, for example for your birthday or christmas then please announce this ahead of time to me.
2. No pets, I am unfortunately heavily allergic to animal hair, I can only watch cat memes but not own one.
3. I hate wasting, so I kindly request you to not keep radiators or electronics on when you are not at home.
4. Other than that, everything is up to you!

Both floors are available from first week of april.
