I am currently redecorating my spare bedroom in my little house, it's unfurnished. I'm looking for a reliable lodger to share. There's off street parking. It's 2 mins from the No10 bus stop into town. I smoke and I have a cat called Monty. you can do what you like with the room (within reason) I'd like a months deposit and a months rent upfront. bills included. There's a nice garden with a workshop and a summer house. ideally I'm looking for someone who's happy to muck in around the house and garden, if you want to grow veg make furniture or do art projects I'm happy to support those efforts on the property. contact for further info.
