My current flatmate is moving out at the end of this tenancy and I am looking for someone to take on this joint tenancy with me. Move in date is 01/05/2025 but the estate agents would like paperwork to be completed in early April.

Double room for rent in 2 bedroom flat with shared communal areas(living room, kitchen, bathroom) including rooftop terrace. Bedroom unfurnished, rest of the flat is furnished. Joint tenancy, referencing done by estate agents. 12 months minimum stay. Less than 5 minute walk from from Cabot circus and Bristol bus and coach station. Within 10 minutes from Montpelier train station. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around. Close to the BRI.
Bills not included. Gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, TV license around £175 a month each

I am a 26 year old female, I have lived in this flat for 3 years and am now looking for a new flatmate. It’s a great flat with private outdoor space which is great in the summer. I work full time in healthcare. Not suitable for someone who works from home. I enjoy cooking and listening to music at home or on the occasional night out. Happy to socialise with my flatmate but respect privacy. I’m clean and tidy and would like the same from my flatmate! Message if you’re interested or have any questions.
