This is a well equipped house use of all amenities included washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. We're a married couple with two friendly cats. Plenty of street parking available. Ideally looking for a working person. Rent includes all bills and household items such as Laundry detergent, toilet roll, dishweasher tablets cleaning products etc. We do not plan to have any additonal lodgers apart from the room that is being advertised.
