Peaceful Location

I’m ideally looking for a professional person who works full time to rent my spare room.
My home is very peaceful and has a relaxing environment, If you drink regularly or Smoke/Vape, take drugs or a night owl then my home is not for you.
If you cook/eat your main meal between the hours of 20:30 and 7am then my home is not for you as I’m not keen on cooking/frying food late at night.

I live in my home with my well behaved dog and the kitchen, living room and shower will be shared with only myself and you also have your own bathroom.

My home is always very clean and tidy, so it is important to me that whoever moves in has the same standards and is respectful of the fact that this home is a calm space to live in.

Victoria Retail Park, Everlast Gym an Echo Park, Lagoons and Gedling Country Park are all close by.

There is parking on my driveway, also have a garage if you have the odd things that need storing.

All bills are included in the price along with cleaning products for the home with the exception of washing machine capsules/conditioner.
The room itself has an Otterman Bed, brand new wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, A TV is also in the room with Fast WiFi - Netflix - Apple TV - Paramount & Disney.

The kitchen has everything you need there’s a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and air fryer that you can use.

A little bit about me, I go to bed around 10 ish as Im an early riser and out first thing with my pooch, I work full time, from home Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00.
I’m also a Brow technician.
I like to spend wk ends outdoors going on long country walks or visiting friends & family.
