Looking for a housemate over 28 years old

Hello, we will have a double bedroom becoming available in a shared house in Redfield, £600 per month including council tax, water and WIFI. Electricity and gas are extra, divided among us (was £20 last month). There is a 6-month minimum contract and a deposit of £500, the deposit is secured with DPS. DSS accepted.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, a bed side table, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and a shelf unit. It is on the ground floor and has a door on a corridor that leads to the garden (so potentially place for the odd plant or table and chair).

We are 3 working professionals, ages 35-50, Emma 35 working for the council and working hard on learning Spanish, Faz working for educational recruitment and hot on the gym and Natali working in mental health and into alternative things of all sorts. We are busy in our lives but are friendly and have chats when we met, usually in the kitchen!

We are looking for someone who will fit in nicely in our small community.
What is important for us is: someone who is friendly, kind, likes to socialise with others in the house on occasions but is also independent, is respectful and aware of others living in the house. You need to absolutely like a clean and tidy house and someone who is happy to clean after themselves on a consistent basis!
We have independent lives but enjoy socialising, have movie and tapas nights on occassions, and like to have good discussions and learn from each other (culture, food, politics, health etc). We value communication and we are also respectful and considerate of each other's spaces when needed. One of us is vegan and one is vegetarian (but we don’t mind meat eaters). We are active as a household in terms of keeping fit, cycling, swimming, gym, nature walks, yoga! The living room space is open to fit a yoga mat anytime!

We take turns to clean the house and have a cleaning rota.

We are a mature household, most definitely not a party house and like to have quiet evenings on the weeknights. We would ideally like someone who is like-minded and open to a multi-cultural house.
I am afraid it is not possible to work from home (it is our way of keeping bills low!).
The house is a Victorian Terrace. It is cosy, clean and decorated in an arty and colourful way. There are some beautiful period features such as the ceiling in the living room. Downstairs is mainly bare wooden floorboards. There is a south-facing garden which has plenty of nice greenery and trees. It features a patio. The garden is a lovely space where you can have breakfast, just to read a book and have a nice chilled time. The kitchen is lovely and spacious, equipped with most of the things you need and if you love to bake there is a cupboard specifically for baking stuff. There is an air fryer and conventional oven. The living room is cosy, with plants and is a lovely space to chill in and also spacious for exercise, yoga etc.
Our closest parks to us is Netham Park and St. George, a 5-minute walk from Lawrence Hill Train Station/Lidl and a 20-minute bus ride to the City Centre.
Am sorry we cant have pets due to allergy. I am a live in landlady, and have been sharing spaces with housemates for over 24 years!
