Single furnished room in a detached house

This is a single furnished room in a detached rural property. The area is peaceful and quiet.
The room includes a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirrors, chest of drawers television, with, YouTube, Netflix etc. There is also an Amazon Echo dot, good internet and WiFi.
New bedding, pillows, duvet, sheet, mattress protector and a duvet set with pillow cases and spare bedding provided.
The carpet is brand new, unused, the curtains are brand new and are blackout

There are plenty of additional accessories provided, clothes hangers, bin, wash basket, brand new unused towels and facecloth plus a few other items.
There are two shared living rooms in the property, one main living room and a living room/dining room with a large American style fridge freezer. Storage is also available if required. There is plenty of outside space, large off road parking area and large gardens with plenty of space to chill.
There are two pet Labradors who live outside in their own area.

All bills are included in the monthly rent and there is full use of all utensils and accessories in the house.

The house is a 25 minute walk to the nearest train stop which goes to Belfast and other local towns.
The house is situated between Larne and Carrickfergus. The train journey to Larne is ten minutes and fifteen minutes to Carrickfergus. From the local train stop to Belfast is forty minutes or thirty minutes by driving.

The room is available for short stays or long term rental, with at least one month preferred but week by week is available if necessary. Please contact me with any questions or requirements.
