The house has a shared living room, with dining area, which will also have a projector for films.

The kitchen has a gas stove and looks out to a herb garden patio.

Bedroom 1 - £1400
Large En-suite with a bath. Looks onto back garden. It’s currently unfurnished, but I can furnish with a Double bed & matress, desk and wardrobe if needed. You are welcome to paint and decorate to your taste.

Bedroom 2- £1100
Ground floor, Double bed, with storage underneath. Currently furnished but you are welcome to replace the wardrobe and tables and decorate to your taste.

The communal bathroom is shared with me and the washroom is separate to the toilet.

All rooms are all bills included.

I’m currently renovating the garden, there will be
- Moroccan herb garden &seating area.
- Barbeque and another seating area.
- Large space to grow what we want.
- and at the end of the garden could be a studio or gym or another seating area, this will all be done in June.

I’m an artist in my 30s and live at the house part time.
