The kitchen is equipped with two brand new top of the line fridge freezers, two ovens and hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, ample cupboard space, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, pots and pans. There is also a breakfast bar area.

The communal living area has a 55" inch smart tv with 2 three seater sofas.

The bathrooms are all bright and done to a high standard.

Parking is available in the road outside the property but a parking permit will be needed.

The property is within walking distance of Elm Grove, Albert Road, Palmerston Road, Gunwharf and the beautiful sea front. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, a bustling nightlife and The Kings Theatre.
The property is also nearby to public transport links.
