Room to rent/Cash in hand only/No Benefits.

Hi, I have a house with a spare room available on the first level that will only be used by yourself. A medium room with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, TV stand on it's way as there is a TV an sky Qbox in there. Right next door to the spare room is a bathroom/toilet just for yourself yet again. The contract/trial will be over six months so if we're both happy then you can stay for a year as my partner an son will return next year. Smoking is not allowed indoors so either in the back garden or at the front. No benefit claims, cash in hand only an you'll receive a receipt.

Payment Includes:

Rent
Council Tax
Broadband/Sky
Electric
Gas
£880pcm or if you preferred £220pw.
