This room is £420pcm inclusive of all bills. A short stay of less than one month may be considered.

The minimum stay is one month.

Single occupancy only.

The deposit is £450.

There is an application form to complete for references and checks. The term is "indefinitely" and the notice period in writing is one month.

We're a sociable, kind, considerate and creative bunch of professional sharers of both sexes, living in a beautiful, spacious, clean, warm and quiet four bedroom modern home with gardens, driveway and plenty of non-permit estate parking.

We're in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac location away from main roads, next to a park.

It's a friendly neighbourhood area with plenty of walks and within 5 minutes walking distance to Lidl, Tesco, a gym, cafe, parks, other shops, takeaways, restaurants, bank, hairdresser, bingo, quality pubs and main bus routes to the city centre. We are only 25 minutes walk to the market square and Cathedral.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, high speed internet), toilet roll, washing / laundry / cleaning products and a frequent cleaner.

All the rooms are fully furnished to a high standard with thermostatically controlled radiators and have been neutrally decorated. The back garden has a patio, soft rubber outdoor flooring, flower and vegetable borders, garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor lighting. There is always a sunny spot.

There is a secure garage for cycles / a few items of storage. We also have some loft space for one or two items.
