Hi,

I am seeking one relaxed and respectful person to share my flat with me and one other person (there will be three people in total) in Stratford East London.

I am offering one double bedrooms for rent in a three-bedroom flat. The flat is in a converted Victorian house. The offer includes a shared bathroom and kitchen, large lounge, and access to and use of the garden. The room is on the 2nd floor.

This would suit working a professional or a mature student seeking a quiet place to live. The rent is £1100 per month inclusive (plus returnable deposit of £1100 payable in advance of occupancy) of bills (Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water council tax etc.).

I am open to all ages but would prefer someone between 30 and 60.

The local area includes the University of East London Stratford campus as well as the Westfield Centre. There are many shops and transport links are very good. I am a 15min walk from Stratford station (Underground, DLR, and overground). I am also a short 7 minute walk to Maryland Station. Buses to Stratford are at the top of the road.

I am a mature male working in the health and fitness industry and travel around the country frequently for work. I am seeking a trustworthy and reliable lodger.

The other person is a recent graduate working in human resources.
