I’m renting out a lovely double bedroom in my three‑bedroom flat in peaceful, green Ravelston. The room is available on a short‑term basis until August, perfect for someone new to Edinburgh, in between places, or wanting a calm home for a few months.

**If you’re looking to move in with a friend:**

I’m also open to renting *both* double rooms while I stay in the smaller bedroom. Happy to share photos of the second room if that’s of interest.

A bright, modern space with everything you need:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Dining area & cosy living room
- Bathroom with a brand‑new electric shower
- Utility cupboard with washer/dryer
- South‑facing balcony
- Car port (unused and available for you)
- Plenty of private parking within the complex

Rent includes: council tax, internet, and factor fees but electricity is paid separately (approx. £100 pp/month)

About Me
I’m Ellie, 33, a friendly and easy‑going professional who bought the flat a couple of years ago. I enjoy a relaxed, sociable home where we can chat or share a laugh, but I also really value everyone having their own space and downtime.

I’m coeliac, so gluten‑free living is a bonus but *not* a requirement - none of my previous flatmates have been gluten free and it’s always worked smoothly.

About the Area
Ravelston is a quiet, leafy neighbourhood with fantastic access to nature and the city:
- Craigleith Retail Park (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, gym, etc.) – 10 min walk
- City centre - 40 min walk / 20 min by bus (bus stop 5 min away)
- Stockbridge & Inverleith Park - 20 min walk
- Woodland right on the doorstep - no roads to cross
- Beautiful walking & cycling routes, including the Roslin Path just 5 minutes away

It’s a brilliant balance of peaceful living with everything close by.
