I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy from early May 2026 until August 2026 (flexible summer stay) in a lovely, calm, and well-located student accommodation.

💵 £887 per month – bills included
£200 cash incentive for the person who takes over the tenancy.

📍 Location: NE1 4LY
• 10 minutes walk to the city centre
• 2 minutes from a park
• Around 15 minutes walk to both universities
 
🏡About the flat:
The atmosphere in the flat is warm and friendly. One other person currently lives there, and it is mainly a female household. The other tenant is often away, so the flat is usually very quiet.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The kitchen and living room are shared, including a TV.
There is also a large study room, which has mostly been used for social gatherings.
