Room available from 1.6.26 and comes with fan for the hotter weather, small plug in heater to boost temperature in the colder months. 

Sharing home with easy going landlady and her two small dogs. Also two family dogs visit regularly for the day, so must be comfortable around dogs. Dogs will not go into your own private areas. 

Unable to accommodate working from home on a regular basis. Preference is for working professionals who travel to their place of work
