1) A large newly decorated double room, all mod cons, close to the centre of Chelmsford. Shared kitchen, dining room & lounge (tv and cable), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture (or can be rented as unfurnished). The rent is £138 per week inclusive of all bills, Broadband, SKY TV and a Weekly Cleaner.

2) All of the above but a larger en-suite room with its own full size bathroom is £150 per week inclusive of all bills.

3) A lovely modern single room. Shared kitchen & lounge (tv and Sky+), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, Broadband, SKY TV and a Weekly Cleaner, plus all mod cons. The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture.(or can be rented as unfurnished).
