TENANT NEEDED

Hi there,
I am a student at the University of Reading who needs a replacement for a room. It's a shared 5 bedroom house and I'm offering the second largest room, the location is a small walk to the university, and the price in quite low, £400 a month but this doesn't include bills which would be around £40 a month.
