i have a lovely llarge double bedroom for a nice friendly student or young professional from July , well furnished, with a good double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, blinds, carpets, tv aeriel, £485 per month or a smaller double for £450 all bills, internet and council tax included,tv,bedding and towels, , free parking, 5 mins to uni bus/ bus to hospital/ city centre which takes about 20 mins to highfield complex, shed for bikes,i maintain my houses well and really care about my tenants welfare, 20 mins walk to swaythling train station.
