massive bedroom. this is furnished with new furniture all from ikea.
bus stops are just 200 yards down the road, train station is 10 minute walk.
by car derby is 20-30 mins depending on where your going.
belper is just a 5 minute drive.
Nottingham is 30-40 minutes and matlock is 20 minute drive.
iam an easy going person and only ask that the house is kept clean and tidy, no load music blasting out, NO late nights coming in drunk with a bunch of friends, so just some simple rules and we will get along fine, I have fairly high standards so will expect the same in return.
you have the use of washing machine, fridge/freezer, kitchen cupboards, ironing board, lounge, tv, internet, and off road parking etc.
nice clean bathroom/shower.
I will be requiring a bond of £150.
if you are a smoker this will be strictly outside whatever the weather..
i have had problems with heavy drinks, so anybody who does turn out to be a big drinker will be asked to leave asap.
