Room B16 - Monday to Friday Ladywood/Edgbaston

Monday to Friday Double room to rent in a 2 storey welcoming house. B16.
It is clean with cleaners coming once a week. The first floor is an open space with a living room/kitchen and dinning room.

The room with double bed in in the first floor.
We would like to rent it Monday to Friday only as we will need it for the weekend. The tenant can leave there belongings in the room during the weekend and there is a wardrobe with a lock.

On the same floor there is a bathroom that will be used mainly by the person renting the room and weekend visitors.

We have our own bathroom and room on the second floor.
We both work are respectful and easy to live with.

Bills are included. There is a deposit of £500 For single use only/ no couple.
