Twin or medium sized double Room available to let

We have a medium sized twin or double room available to let. If you take whole room for one person then it is £600 including bills. If its shared between two persons then rent will be £400 per head including bills. We dont mind to share our dinner with you, but only if cooked or available, it is as a courtesy at no extra cost to you and it will be helpful to save some food cost and cooking time. We do have a good speed WiFi and we are family of two adults and two children sharing this three bedroom house with you. We let to females only due to a private family environment therefore we respect everyones privacy. There is one student already living in that room so we would need atleast 4 days notice to evacuate the room and make it ready for you in case if you going to take the whole room, otherwise you if you are just 1 person and happy to share with her then you are welcome for such share arrangement. I do have two single beds so I can replace bunk bed if needed.
