ALL ROOMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MAY , SUMMER OR SEPTEMBER 2023.
STUDENTS ONLY due to council tax costs

Good size single room available for £430 per month.
Double rooms from £450 to £465.
Rents includes all bills and a cleaner.

All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
2-3 off road parking space.
You would be sharing with mature and clean students/young professionals.
