We are looking for a lodger, non-smoker, clean and tidy, to live in this fully furnished room which contains a: double ottoman storage bed; built-in 2 doors wardrobe; chest of draws; bedside cabinet and dressing table/desk. The room is enhanced by a 40 inch TV with a Cromecast.

Other areas that are shared with the owners are a: a modern kitchen with clean modern appliances and a comfortable dining area.

The property benefits from easy access to Brighton and Eastbourne via the 12 bus route, the stops for which, are just a 5 minute walk away. The journey into Brighton is usually 20-30 mins depending on the time of day.
