I have a very large, bright, newly decorated double room to rent.
The room is 10ft x 15ft! There is plenty of room to have a small sofa, or a desk, even a small fridge too, should you want it. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a double bed with a built-in TV.
The house is close to the centre of town, less than a 2 minute walk to the bus station. A 15-minute walk from the train station. An easy commute to Exeter and Torquay/Paignton
There is on-road parking, which would require a council parking permit £35 per year.

This is my home, so it is just myself and my cat in the house. I run my own business from home, so I am always around. Except when I'm at the gym!
