Friendly Flatshare in Central Leamington Spa

*Please read!* I have 1 availability in a student house in CV32 4AQ, Central Leamington Spa. It is a double room and the contract covers now until the end of July. The people are friendly, welcoming and always up for a good time, however they are all in their second year at Warwick University and therefore require a good night's sleep in the week!

The reason it has freed up is because I had to temporarily stop my course and return home. I am telling you this as, if this listing is what you are looking for, I will be passing you onto the contractor (Tara&Co - housing agency) to discuss your tenancy.

The room has a double bed, reasonable storage space and a sink. It shares the middle floor with a single bedroom and the 2 bathrooms, plus a separate toilet. On the ground floor is the kitchen and shared living room, as well as a small drying cupboard and 1 double bedroom. There is of course a washing machine and a dishwasher available anytime. The top floor is made up of 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms.

There is a Wetherspoons on the street, a Tesco within a 5 minute walk and plenty of food places, as well as leisurely pleasures such as a pool club, a gym, or even a stroll through Jephson Gardens.

The only thing I must warn you about is that our rent is paid in instalments, so you would pay all 3 months on the 1st of May...some people love it, some people hate it! If this is a big problem I can try to arrange with the landlord for you to pay weekly/monthly. Please let me know if you're interested and I'd love to talk more if you think this might work for you. It would be beneficial to arrange a viewing (online or in person) to also give you a chance to meet everyone.
