Double room with en-suite, walking distance to city centre

I am looking for a friendly professional to come and join me on a tenancy in a wonderful new build located in Heeley, 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 to the city centre, Asda just a stone throw away.

The house has a double driveway and huge back garden with patio doors into the living room making the house extremely light. 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bath, the room available has the en-suite so no queuing for the bathroom!

The house is beautifully furnished and always clean and tidy giving it a warm and homely feel. Kitchen has built in dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator and also comes with a walk in pantry.

The room has a double bed (slightly different to the picture) and bedside table but these can be removed if you have your own furniture. There is a built in double wardrobe that is mirrored and a huge window which gives the room a spacious feel.
This is a three bedroom property yet Im only looking to fill one bedroom as its quite nice to have a spare room and gives us a little more space around the house.

The rent is £400 and the bills are split between two at around £180 each per month.

Im a 29 year old professional who loves cooking and keeping active. Ideally looking for someone who is sociable but also likes a peaceful environment.

The house really is stunning and a must see property! Photos dont do it justice and its much bigger than it looks.
