Double room available in Brighton city centre

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 20th May, 2023. My tenancy ends on 9th of June but Im moving out earlier and will need someone to complete this. There is an option to extend your stay and sign a new contract.

The rent is £500 excluding bills. The total bill amounts to about £100-£150. It is a 4-bedroom house and this is on the top floor. It is a nice spacious room and the house is in the city center close to shops and also very close to the beach. Central heating available.
