Hello I'm Dave, the owner of the farmhouse in Lighthorne, Warwickshire.

I've got one unfurnished and one furnished bedroom available to rent in my 8 bedroom farmhouse.

The house comes with usage and the option of two shared kitchens, a gym and sauna, and plenty of country walks. There's a local pub/restaurant (called The Antelope) and the nearest shop is 12 minutes walking distance.

The larger unfurnished room is 700£ p/month - and the smaller furnished room is 600£ p/month.

The larger unfurnished comes with a Jacuzzi bath and large walk-in shower whilst the smaller furnished room comes with a standard double en-suite and standard double bed.

The big unfurnished can come furnished, as an extra option, but better to view first.

Both rooms available immediately.

Bills included.

The deposit is the same as the first months rent.
